Yes, we’ll make sure that the delivery is re-attempted the next working day if you can’t collect your order the first time.

You can request for the item to be replaced or returned by visiting Support (Helpdesk) and fill out the details of the issue so that we can help you.

We’ll send you an e-mail once you’ve successfully placed your order!  We’ll also let you know as soon as we have shipped your item(s) to you along with the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). 

A hard copy of the invoice is sent along with your order. If you have not received a hard copy you can request for a soft copy by Contacting Us

They are entirely the buyers responsibility. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis and need to be paid directly by the buyer

Charges such as Custom or Import Duties, VAT, Local Sales Tax, Clearance charges are not in our or any seller’s control and are determined by the respective local government bodies.

Shipping cost refers to the cost of shipping an item from the origin to the destination country and the same needs to be paid to the Courier partners.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur. We have mentioned about the possible Custom Duty / VAT implications in our Shipping Policy, Frequently Asked Questions, Terms and Conditions and Disclaimer.

Since the Custom Duty / VAT implication varies from Country to Country and also not charged on 100% of the shipments, it is absolutely not possible for us to predict in 100% of the instances.

This may happen due to some Custom checking or any other Country specific rules. Please check whether your ordered items are intact and safe.

If not, please mention the same on the delivery acknowledgement copy, if any and also get in touch with our Customer Care team at the earliest. We shall be more than happy to assist you in the best possible manner.

Yes we do ship a copy of invoice along with the parcel. In case you require additional copy, we can always email it to you.

If you face any issues, you can request us for a payment link/invoice. You don’t have to place the entire order again. Feel free to get in touch with our Customer Support if you have any other queries.

 

In the case while making the payment, amount is debited and you get a cancellation email ,the amount is reversed back to your account within 72 hours .

In case the amount is not reversed please contact us  with the payment details so that we can check from our end.

Cancellation & Returns

1. Login to your account. Click here to login.

2. Enter your email address and password. Incase if you have forgotten your password then click here. You will receive an email to reset the password.

3. Once you are logged in, Go to Support Ticket and mention reason, quantity and additional information

4. Click On OPEN NEW TICKET.

5. Our team will review the tracking details and revert within 48 hours.

The order can be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of order placement.

All Refunds are processed in 14 working days .
Refund is processed once the product is delivered back to the vendors and customer has shared the details required for refund.

Below is the details required to process refund.

European Union / International:

1. If payment is made via credit / debit card – Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Once the details are received the refund process is initiated.

2. If payment is made via Bank Deposit – Please share the correct tracking details once the product is returned. Also, please share account details with Name on Account, Bank Name, Branch, IFSC Code, Account Number used for NEFT Transaction. Once these details are received the refund process will be initiated.

Please share correct tracking details once the product is shipped.

Please note that Refunds are processed once the product is received by Trend-Wow.com.

For cancellation before shipping, refunds are processed immediately

If the order has been shipped. refund will be processed as soon as the order has been returned.

We offer refund methods as per your payment mode.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been placed and the acknowledgement has been sent.
